Online one-on-one breath coaching sessions

 

In my work as a functional breathing coach, I offer online one-on-one breath coaching. I create tailor-made 

protocols and guide you to functional breathing patterns and breathing exercises to improve your respiratory health and fitness. You can use my breathwork techniques to regulate and soothe, balance or energize your nervous system.

Whether you want to lift your health and well-being to a whole new level, induce calm and stress-resilience, or need help recovering from long covid, asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease – functional breathing patterns are key.

 

I also offer female breathing guidance and individual coaching on how to align life, work and sports performance with the individual female cycle through holistic guidance and menstrual cycle awareness.

All my services are classified as fitness reimbursement wellness grant in Sweden.

What a breath coaching session looks like

When booking your first breath coaching session with me, I will send a health and breath screening questionnaire for you to fill in and return at the latest 2 days prior to our meeting.

Your first session with me is 75-90 minutes, during which I will hold space for you to share your story and current situation. 
I will investigate your breathing patterns and ask questions to deepen my
understanding of your symptoms and potential root causes behind your respiratory, physical or emotional challenges. 

​

You will receive concrete guidance, breathing techniques as homework or a suggested breath protocol, tailor-made for your needs. Follow-up coaching sessions are 30-50 minutes depending on your situation, and to book a breath package journey to identify root causes and keys to develop your health and well-being through your breath, is recommended.

How do I know if I need breath coaching? 

I offer breath coaching for anyone curious to explore and improve their breathing, and for those struggling with breathlessness, anxiety, mood disorders, overweight or chronic stress, burnout, respiratory issues such as long covid, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma, high levels of nervousness and post traumatic stress disorders.
If any of the above applies on you, you are welcome to apply to work with me, and I will evaluate your individual needs.

What do I get? 

I will investigate the potential root causes for any dysfunctional breathing patterns or poor health, screen your breathing and guide you to better breathing techniques and habits. These aim to reverse or eliminate your symptoms, improve your red blood cell count, balance your gas exchange which will improve oxygenation, balance your central nervous system, and reduce inflammation which often is key when dealing with chronic health issues of any kind.

 

You will receive hands-on tips and tricks to keep you pulmonary fit and together we will create a plan for your recovery,
aligned with your specific goals and needs.

Why is functional breathing important?

Most people today have dysfunctional breathing patterns. This is a key factor behind health problems such as depression, anxiety, panic attacks, high stress levels, low libido, sleep apnea and mood disorders, asthma, breathlessness, COPD, weight gain and impaired metabolism, migraines, low energy levels, sugar or food cravings, inflammation, hormonal imbalances and loss of red blood cells. 

Simply put, your health depends upon the quality of your breath. How we breathe affects how feel feel and everything we do. Working with your breathing patterns is a game changer.
